Flamenco GreenBox

Flamenco Green Box is a control and processing device, based on a flexible and high performance platform. It includes a powerful processor and non-volatile Flash memory to store application information. Several interfaces enable Flamenco Green Box to interact with its environment. Optionally, it can include a GPS module and wireless communication of last generation.

It is ideal for geographical positioning mobile applications, remote control, data acquisition and remote processing, such as logistics, point of sale, security, remote device control or remote data capture. Through its software, the application has total control.

The central processor has RICS open architecture. It is interconnected to each one of its modules, thus giving the programmer control to develop the desired application and also update it as needed, including remotely.

Characteristics

Analog Inputs:

Two input high impedance signals to measure tensions of 0 to 24V, with a 25mV resolution and variable acquisition speed of 1sps to 1000 sps.

Digital Inputs:

Four inputs capable of detecting two levels of tension. Two of them are high speed (detection time of 1ms), can trigger instantaneous events (interruptions) in the processor, measure frequencies and pulse times in high-speed pulses.

Digital Outputs:

Two inverter sets allow control of electric circuits. Each contact supports up to 10 amps, enough to control electrical engines, actuators, lamps or similar devices.

Serial Interfaces:

Two serial RS232 interfaces to transmit and receive information from external devices.

One Wire bus:

Single conductor bus that enables the interconnection of simple devices. This extremely versatile interface is compatible with the iButton protocol.

Power Supply:

A main supply (8 a 40V) and a backup supply.

GPS Module:

Optionally, Flamenco Green Box can include a GPS module.

GPRS Module:

Optionally, for remote communication, Flamenco Green Box can be equipped with a GPRS Module, capable of generating and receiving voice or data call, text messages and establishing connections through Internet TCP/IP protocols.

Luminous Indicators:

three bicolor indicators inform the equipment status.
