It is the most efficient and effective tool for those enterprises that have a sales force investing a lot of time in the client's office. The seller will have in real time all the necessary information to guarantee a successful deal. SFA has two different modules, on the one hand the order module, and on the other, the collection module. The first one will allow the seller to know the client's account state, frequent asked products, amount sold, discounts available, and also basic information such as the available stock, delivery period, etc. The second one will allow the seller to register receipts, visualize pending invoices, and payment conditions (cash, check, credit card, etc).

This product is perfectly compatible with any other existing data base i.e. SAP, Oracle, Cobol, and could be adapted to any administrative circuit. The software is able to make updates, display equipments status, and assign specific tasks to group of users or particular users. It gets connected to a central server by a cellular phone, cradle or an infrared port.
